DESCRIPTION

The goal of this graduate project was to create a narrative booklet and environmental wayfinding design for an existing museum exhibit. The art in Irv Tepper’s exhibit, “Evidence of Phantoms Made Real Between Thoughts” revolves around motion, tension, and contrast. I aimed to translate the spirit of Irv’s work into my deliverables by incorporating high contrast type and flowing lines that complement the movement and tension in his art. I chose a black and white color palette and kept my compositions clean and minimal in order to engage the viewer without distracting from Irv’s pieces.
